Engagement Terms

Last updated: 24 September 2026

These terms summarise how an AuditSeals audit works. Scope, timing and next steps are confirmed with you in writing before any work begins.

1. What the audit covers

AuditSeals reviews the publicly visible pages of your website, and any documents you choose to send, against the GDPR and related rules. The agreed scope is confirmed before work starts. We do not need or ask for patient or client records, or for access to your internal systems.

2. What you receive

A structured PDF report with prioritized findings and recommendations, a remediation checklist, and a report walkthrough call. Implementing the recommendations is your responsibility; AuditSeals does not carry out the fixes.

3. Fee

The founding client audit is offered at €199. Payment details are confirmed in writing before work begins.

4. Your responsibilities

Please give accurate information about the website and documents to be reviewed, and do not send health data, patient information or other sensitive personal data.

5. Confidentiality and your data

We treat what you share as confidential and use it only to carry out your audit. Client records are deleted 3 months after the engagement ends. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limits of the service

AuditSeals is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. It does not issue certifications or seals. The report reflects what was observed on the review date; it is not a guarantee of compliance, and it cannot detect issues outside the agreed scope. AuditSeals is not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on the report, to the extent the law allows.
